My journey began with a passion for crafting and telling stories, which has shaped my career into the pillars of creating, communicating, and connecting. As a multidisciplinary creative, I've learned that my best work happens when I blend illustration, graphic design, and strategic copywriting. The combination of these skills allows me to transform complex brand stories into cohesive, resonant experiences. 

I am looking to pivot from a hands-on freelance background to a collaborative in-house team where I can apply my artistic vision to larger-scale brand goals. Having worked directly with small business owners to build their brand identity from scratch, I am eager to apply my skills in a creative environment.

I specialize in building cohesive brand narratives from the ground up, combining market strategy with hands-on design and copywriting. Through a pivotal mentorship with a London-based CEO, I developed brand voice templates and executed market research, inspiring my commitment to refining brand identity for small businesses.

My passion for storytelling is driven by creating projects from scratch. One internship, I got to collaborate with my peers where we launched a limited interview series Dropping GemZ—a creative exploration of success through generational interviews that honed my skills in management, strategy, distribution and execution.

Post-graduation, I translated this experience into real-world impact when I got the wonderful opportunity to build a brand from an owner’s idea. I conceptualized and cultivated a new security firm’s brand that specializes in securing women’s professional sports. I built their brand identity, website, and marketing assets, directly contributing to securing three premier league contracts in under a year.

With a B.S. in Media Science from Boston University, I have the interdisciplinary skills that blend the study of media effects with data analytics and strategic content creation. I have learned how and why media messages work, and know how to evaluate, produce, and optimize communication campaigns, social media strategies, and user experience.

Essentially, Media Science is the study of how content moves people. I have mastered a cross-functional toolkit—spanning graphic design, advertising, and media theory. I do not just create media; I understand the science of its impact.
